NO REFUNDS, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Sewing Tales follows a no return and no refund policy, and all sales are final. However, we offer a one-time alteration on our products within 30 days from the date of purchase.

To request an alteration, please contact us at sewingtales@hotmail.com. If your request is approved, we will provide a shipping label along with clear instructions on how and where to send the item. Products sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
